I woke up in 2019 from the Jehovah's Witnesses. In an instant it hit me. I have to start living RIGHT NOW! So I have. I'm 48 and last half of my life will be the best half. No doubt. I want that for you too! I'm here to tell you that those dreams that tug on you. They're meant just for you.

HI, I'M ELLE

Stepping into the light of self-love and making ourselves a priority is a new dawn for many of us who’ve left the lies of the Jehovah’s Witnesses behind.

For so long, we were told that thinking of ourselves first was a sin, an idea that’s left its mark on how we see ourselves and make our choices in a world we’re just getting to know.

This blog post is like a warm, welcoming chat for folks like us, who are figuring out how to wrap ourselves in self-love and kindness, maybe for the first time ever.

Together, through stories we can all see ourselves in and tips that feel like they’re from a friend, we’ll learn how to gently shake off the old beliefs that no longer serve us and step into a space where putting ourselves first isn’t just okay—it’s celebrated.
