exjw life coach
When I was school aged, in between the service meeting on Tuesday and book study on Thursday was my favorite day. Library day! I'd stumble away with my nose in a book and a fat book bag over my shoulder. Back then, reading was my most healthy escape. Going to imaginary places in my mind and learning new thing was a relief from all the pressure put on me as a Jehovah's Witness. My love for learning and reading has always been insatiable. I've devoured towering stacks of books which, thank goodness, put me on the path of becoming a Certified Life Coach and reaching back to the exjw community. They are the most loving and courageous humans I've had the pleasure to walk beside.
Where do you go when you're feeling overwhelmed?
Unhealthy relationships?
Over drinking?
Over working?
Indecision?
Avoidance?
Giving up?
I've been all those places too. I'm here to tell you that all of this is completely normal. Nothing has gone wrong. All our brain wants is to keep us safe and comfortable. It's just doing it's job. Momentary relief does feel better than anger or sadness. But, not for long enough.
What if there was another way? What if I told you that you can stop doing those things that are sabotaging your future? It all starts in our mind. That's where I come in as your coach. I'm the shortcut to unraveling years of knots.
How do you feel about your future, relationships, making friends, putting yourself first and just being human?
What do you really really want? Tell me. Let's find it. You can have it. Your dreams were put in your mind just for you. No one wants the same things. The life you want, wants you too! We're individuals. By design.
Let's examine the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. If is wasn't the truth you CAN let it go. Let's find your truth. Let's get curious and compassionate. As you decide what you want to keep and what you want to let go. The decision is all yours as I guide you back to your truest self that was never considered. Let's see who you were put on this planet to be.
Everyone has a gift.
