What love, real unconditional love really looks like.
That a committed relationship doesn't always mean marriage.
How to really trust myself.
That indecision is a dream killer.
How to lose the desire to over-eat and over-drink.
How to stop people pleasing.
How to set goals and reach them.
That feeling negative emotions does not make me weak.
How to fully process big feelings and let them go.
How to take 100% for the choices I was given to make.
How to ask for what I really really want.
How to love myself right here and now and what that looks like.
Permission to decide what I believe, that's perfect for me.
How to manage my precious time.
How to set boundaries and enforce them.
How to stop avoiding my feelings with over spending.
How to do things that are hard and scary and them anyways.
That curiosity is the door that opened me up to everything I've ever wanted.
That it's never too late to change.
In 2020 I was ready to take my life to the next level. I wanted more than to just be a faded exjw struggling through, surviving. I wanted to really figure things out. I needed someone on my side that would guide me and help me see what was possible for my future.
I knew that I only had one chance at living the rest of this life and I didn't want my JW past to keep on holding me back. I knew subconsciously I was making decisions in my life from old Jehovah's Witness programming and I needed help to rewire and reset.
I wanted more than to just live a mediocre life. I knew there had to be more for me. So, I explored coaching after finding The Life Coach School podcast on a whim. I'm so happy I did! Because now I am a Certified Life Coach dedicated to the EXJW community and I get to help you!
You're in the right place.
